Position Summary:

Our dynamic Sydney team is in search of an experienced outside sales professional to advocate for National Corporate Housing's comprehensive services to both new and existing clientele. As part of a highly regarded sales force, this role demands a strategic approach to promote our local housing offerings to key decision-makers within targeted businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a local market team and report to the Regional Director to strategically drive sales initiatives aimed at generating sustainable business opportunities.
  • Utilize a consultative selling methodology to cultivate new revenue streams.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their strategic goals and deliver maximum economic value.
  • Enhance revenue from existing clients by presenting a diverse range of products and services tailored to various segments within their organizations.
  • Oversee and execute referral and strategic property management initiatives with selected local properties.
  • Effectively manage multiple sales cycles and client portfolios simultaneously.
  • Document all sales activities and progress within the CRM system.
  • Leverage analytical skills and industry insights to project revenue growth.
  • Foster and maintain long-term professional relationships across multiple organizational levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities to identify and address customer challenges and needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, tailored to meet customer requirements effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • A proactive hunter mentality in business development.
  • Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions throughout the sales process.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities.
  • Exhibits ownership and a relentless drive for results, thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • Establishes clear, realistic, and time-sensitive objectives aligned with business growth.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary; reliable transportation is required.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
