Business Transformation Manager

Drive organisational change and digital transformation initiatives, focusing on data-driven decision making.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans to address risks.
  • Engage key stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and adoption of new processes.
  • Assess training needs, design learning programmes, and provide ongoing support to enhance data literacy and drive a data-driven culture.
  • Monitor success metrics, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Project Managers, to capture and clarify business requirements related to cloud systems and data reporting.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, sprint planning, and backlog reviews to ensure readiness for implementation.

The role will play a critical part in transforming the organisation into a data-driven entity, enhancing primary healthcare services delivery across the region.

About You
  • Proven experience in organisational change management, particularly in digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) and practical application in technology implementations.
  • Experience driving user adoption and culture change in data or technology-focused environments.
  • Project management skills, including working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, and an understanding of data governance frameworks.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach to building buy-in and momentum for change.
