Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change & Development Specialist to lead the development and delivery of organisational change and training activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training strategies and plans for frontline staff to prepare for Trial Operations.
  • Design, develop and deliver competency management systems that drive business results.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with change strategies.
  • Support the end-to-end change process, including review and assessment of change activities.
  • Manage organisational impacts to ensure alignment in job requirements, systems and development of training strategies and materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in change management and training/assessment qualifications or certification/accreditation.
  • Tertiary qualifications/experience in Business Management, Public Relations, Human Centred Design.
  • Experience applying the PROSCI ADKAR model.
  • Strong experience in leading the design and development of blended learning programs (technical/non-technical).
  • Experience with Business Process re-engineering concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with influence to engage stakeholders across a multi-disciplinary business.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement systems and processes.
