
Organisational Change Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven individual to support effective delivery of change across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our Change Management processes, planning, tracking, and coordinating change initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Manage change calendars and ensure all changes are logged, assessed, and approved in line with our processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for change-related queries.
- Coordinate Change meetings – scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes and actions.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of change requests and outcomes.
- Assist in analysing change impacts and communicating with stakeholders across departments.
- Previous experience in a Change or PMO environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with change management tools and reporting systems.
