">- The role of the HR Operations and Reporting Specialist is to deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across people processes. This position plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, analyzing labor costs, monitoring, and forecasting workforce (headcount and FTE).
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain systematic, accurate, and timely HR reports and dashboards, including regular reporting on headcount, FTE, vacancies, and labor cost.">
- Responsible for annual reporting activities, including WGEA and Sustainability report support.">
- Support workforce forecasting processes by partnering with HRBPs and Finance to provide accurate data-driven projections.">
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems, working closely with the HR Operations team to identify and resolve discrepancies.">
- Contribute to the annual HR budget process, including modeling and forecasting headcount, FTE, associated labor, and HR costs.">
- Work with the Global HR Centre of Excellence on compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives.">
About You:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field.">
- A sound understanding of HR processes.">
- Strong experience in HR data analytics.">
- 2-3 years of data and reporting experience.">
- Prior knowledge of Oracle HCM and/or rostering system.">
- Advanced Excel and Macro skills.">
- Ability to compile MIS reports on Annual leave, Reward, and Remuneration, Employee data Analytics.">
- Ability to interpret results to assist in planning, developing, and suggesting human resource management decisions used for total reward, benefits, productivity, and training.">
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.">
- Experience using Oracle or Cloud-based software.">
- Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.">
