About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support data cloud initiatives, focusing on adoption, reporting, and business process improvements.
  • Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks.
  • Engage stakeholders across SEMPHN, from frontline staff to Directors and Executive Directors, ensuring clear communication and effective adoption.
  • Assess training needs, develop learning programs, and provide ongoing support to enhance data literacy and a data-driven culture.
  • Track key success metrics, monitor change progress, and report on outcomes to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Project Managers to capture and clarify business requirements related to cloud systems and data reporting.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, sprint planning, and backlog reviews to support readiness objectives.

The successful candidate will directly influence SEMPHN's transformation into a data-driven organisation and enhance the delivery of primary healthcare services across the region.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in organisational change management, particularly in digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) and practical application in technology implementations.
  • Experience driving user adoption and culture change in data or technology-focused environments.
  • Project management skills, including working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, and an understanding of data governance frameworks.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach to building buy-in and momentum for change.
