Data-Driven Insights Specialist

We are seeking a talented Data-Driven Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing insights strategies, driving performance measurement and business objective definition through user behavior understanding.
About the Role:This role focuses on engagement and conversion measurement, data hygiene, dashboard building, and reporting findings to management. You will work closely with technical, CRM, product, editorial, and marketing teams to gather and share audience data and analytics for digital properties across various lines-of-business.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and share audience data and analytics for digital properties, tracking and analyzing cross-line-of-business owned channel campaigns.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting with insights on campaign effectiveness, using Adobe Analytics (and other tools) to track performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to teams.
- Present analytics and insights to the digital team and various lines-of-business stakeholders on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role, you will hold 5+ years' experience working in data analytics, ideally for a consumer-facing product with scale, experience querying, updating, and managing data in SQL, and an analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with data.
