About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support and Development Manager to join our team at Sandvik Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our sales force in identifying and developing strategic initiatives to drive successful implementation
  • Collaborate with sales teams, supply organization, and product lines to develop initiatives and activities that truly make a difference for our customers
  • Mix strategic approach with operational performance to bring success in the border between the technical and commercial world
  • Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture and drive different strategic initiatives for Division Rock Tools
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and a degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge from a long career in a relevant industry
  • Genuine interest and understanding of the industry and market in which we operate, with a background of a couple of years from the field of mining and sales
  • Ability to initiate and implement change, and motivate others to follow your lead
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
