About the Role:
Lubrication Engineering is a leading provider of high-performance lubricants and lubrication equipment in Australia. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Technical Sales to join our team in the WA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management of existing client base
- New Business Development and onboarding of new clients
- Management and implementation of sales strategies (including targets)
- Conduct technical sales whilst providing sound advice to customers
- Conduct lubrication surveys on large capital equipment and site audits aiming to improve reliability and develop a solution utilising our technology
- Provide direct technical support and/or training to distributors or agents, as required
- Develop and maintain the sales pipeline for the region
About You:
- General knowledge and experience in reliability engineering and/or maintenance of critical assets is highly advantageous
- Ability to prioritise and schedule your time and travel intra-state, providing on-site support to our customers in the region is essential
- Excellent Technical Sales background
- Ability to build meaningful and reliable relationships with clients, colleagues, and distributors
- A solid understanding of estimating and quoting
- An unwavering commitment to safety, good business ethics, business improvement and achieving results
