Lubrication Engineering is a leading provider of high-performance lubricants and lubrication equipment in Australia. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Technical Sales to join our team in the WA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management of existing client base
  • New Business Development and onboarding of new clients
  • Management and implementation of sales strategies (including targets)
  • Conduct technical sales whilst providing sound advice to customers
  • Conduct lubrication surveys on large capital equipment and site audits aiming to improve reliability and develop a solution utilising our technology
  • Provide direct technical support and/or training to distributors or agents, as required
  • Develop and maintain the sales pipeline for the region

About You:

  • General knowledge and experience in reliability engineering and/or maintenance of critical assets is highly advantageous
  • Ability to prioritise and schedule your time and travel intra-state, providing on-site support to our customers in the region is essential
  • Excellent Technical Sales background
  • Ability to build meaningful and reliable relationships with clients, colleagues, and distributors
  • A solid understanding of estimating and quoting
  • An unwavering commitment to safety, good business ethics, business improvement and achieving results
