About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As an Account Manager - Technical Sales, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing new sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all sales, technical queries, business development, and administration of key accounts and new clients within allocated territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies to target identified potential clients.
  • Provide statistical, development, and sales reports to senior management.
  • Pro-actively negotiate long-term contracts for various products and services, conduct regular client meetings, and service reviews.
  • Work closely with production planning to ensure that all client requirements can be met within allocated timeframes.
  • Provide regular client contact and handle any technical issues or relevant queries.
  • Maintain and develop the customer database, ensuring the accuracy of all information that is entered.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and assist in formulating new sales plans and objectives to ensure customer awareness of new products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Business Development/Account Manager role.
  • Ideal background in a mechanical field or strong technical aptitude.
  • Competent with MS Office applications, including spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with a strong business acumen.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Articulate and excellent time management skills.
