We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven individual to join our Power Technique Service team as a Business Development Manager. Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver on Marketing/Territory plans to support revenue growth within our direct and indirect channels to market.
- Utilise consultative selling techniques to achieve sustainable, profitable sales and market share growth.
- Assume end-to-end sales responsibilities from generating enquiries, customer visits, understanding technical applications, quotes, T&Cs, and associated operational sales aspects as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Experience in sales planning, territory management, distributor management, and Key Account Management.
- Sound understanding of effective consultative selling techniques, market analysis, and closing new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Compressed Air Systems, Dewatering Pumps, and Power Generation products.
- A technical degree and/or mechanical trade qualification (desired but not essential).
- Extensive experience selling Parts and Service products (service contracts, fixed price plans etc.).
- High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of communication and organisational skills.
- Strong PC skills; Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Office, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SAP CRM and ERP platforms.
- Current Valid Australian Drivers' License.
- Available to travel interstate regularly and occasional travel overseas.
