  • Lead and shape the roadmap for Stake Super, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver game-changing outcomes.
  • Create a seamless, data-driven user experience (UX) with scalable operations, supporting Stake Super's growth, revenue, and cost targets.
  • Embody a dynamic and fast-paced environment, championing innovation and striving for ambitious results.

What you'll need

  • A passion for problem-solving and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Extensive experience in building intuitive navigation and UX for large feature sets on both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • A strong empathy for customers and a commitment to user-centred design.
  • A track record of building successful products (ideally financial) using data, customer feedback, common sense, and a risk-based approach.
  • 5+ years in tech as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, preferably with superannuation, financial services, or high-growth start-up experience.
