About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Director to join our team at BONDS Outlet Store.

This is a full-time role working across a Sunday-Thursday roster with an estimated salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections
  • Assist in the training & development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
  • Prioritize and manage high stock volumes efficiently
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience with visual merchandising and stock management
