Senior Customer Experience Director

About the Role
Sprint People is seeking a seasoned Sales Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our retail and online design sales function.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience within a retail/customer-facing environment. They will be a proactive, hands-on operator who understands that the best results are yielded when they lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Build, enhance, and retain a high-performing retail team. Create development plans and conduct regular team and 1:1 meetings to ensure the team is continually learning.
- Hands-On: Work on the floor and lead by example. Regularly evaluate the quality of experience each customer receives.
- Create and Set Targets/KPIs: Work with the team to support them in achieving group retail targets. Identify gaps/challenges in performance and implement positive change.
- Online Team Collaboration: Ensure extremely high service levels and experiences are translated through to online customers.
- Post-Sales Care and Customer Service: Communicate with customers directly and act as a point of escalation for any issues.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Collaborate with the SLT and bring ideas for continuous improvement projects.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of how technology can be best utilised to strengthen a customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a team and provide guidance on how to improve processes and procedures.
Salary Information
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120k-$140k plus superannuation, making it an attractive opportunity for senior sales professionals.
