Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Experience Director to join our team at EBOS Group Limited. This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company in the healthcare industry, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Description- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives;
- Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience metrics;
- Analyse customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences;
- Budget: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (depending on experience);
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing;
- At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment;
- Proven track record of driving customer experience improvements and delivering business results;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Experience with SAP, Genesys, SalesForce, or Pardot would be an advantage.
