Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Surry Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of engaging customer experiences digitally and in-store. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform marketing decisions
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver an omnichannel customer experience that integrates across all touchpoints
- Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data-led market trends, and key performance indicators
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager in a customer-centric brand
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing and customer experience
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bravery to try new things and think outside the box
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
