About The Role
The Enterprise Account Executive is tasked with broadening our Canva Enterprise presence while contributing to our global outreach initiatives. This role will also assist in shaping Canva's Enterprise sales strategy and implementing best practices to cultivate a top-tier sales organization. The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire customer relationship — from crafting prospecting strategies to expanding accounts across multiple teams and ensuring renewals; they are a constant presence throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth: focus on acquiring new clients and enhancing relationships with existing accounts, while developing and executing a comprehensive account/territory strategy.
- Foster customer satisfaction: uphold Canva's tradition of high customer satisfaction across teams and lead complete sales cycles with a consultative approach, articulating compelling value propositions for Canva for Enterprise.
- Optimize processes and efficiency: collaborate with senior leadership to create, educate, and experiment with team practices and playbooks that position us as a leading SaaS business.

- Proven success: a track record of exceeding sales quotas with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.

- Excellent communication skills: ability to convey complex concepts and insights clearly and effectively, particularly to C-Suite executives.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and independent.
