- Assist with assessing and towing related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers and providers.
- Provide administrative support including quote management.
- Coordinate any post assessment and repair activities for the customer
- Work closely with towing provider partners to ensure SLAs are met.
- Identifying key areas for improvement based on the job experience.
In this role, you will work with assessors, tow providers, our repairer network and customers to ensure that claims progress smoothly through the assessment and repair process, supporting customers to get back on the road sooner.
