Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Forensic Accountant to join our stable and knowledgeable team. You will consult with clients to interpret and analyze financial loss exposures to their business.

In this role, you will provide reports and business documents outlining your findings and recommendations to insurers. You will also be responsible for identifying claims process obstacles and proposing strategies for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships throughout the life-cycle of a project
  • Analyze Business Interruption values and Maximum Foreseeable Loss scenarios
  • Interpret insurance policies to quantify losses claimable under insurance programs and advise accordingly
  • Provide and present reports and business documents outlining findings and recommendations
  • Assist divisional managers and business leaders in establishing billing structures and preparing billings and control WIPS

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • 6-8 years of experience in management accounting, auditing or forensic accounting
  • A strategic and organized individual who can think outside the box
  • In-depth knowledge of preparation of business interruption insurance claims, economic loss assessments and fraud investigations is beneficial
  • Exposure to analyzing Business Interruptions and Maximum Foreseeable Loss scenarios is preferred
  • Experience managing clients and senior leadership teams through the life cycle of a project would be extremely beneficial

Benefits: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
