We're committed to delivering exceptional advice and service to our high-net-worth clients and family offices. As an Advice Director in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to lead a team of Senior Private Wealth Advisers and Private Wealth Advisers in NSW.

You will drive the delivery of exceptional advice to UHNW clients and originate and maintain key client relationships ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction. Proactively identifying opportunities to engage with clients to deepen the relationships is also essential.

We're looking for someone who can improve client experience through process enhancements and utilise advice technology.

As an Advice Director, your key accountabilities include leading & inspiring the team to deliver excellent standards of advice and service to clients, fostering a high-performing environment and driving results.

Maintaining a healthy team environment where people feel safe to speak up, supported during change, and motivated to add value is crucial.

To achieve this, you will develop and execute business plans, support lead generation campaigns, and build networks with referral partners.

Strong business acumen, acquiring new business, demonstrating solid & robust pipeline management and driving a strong sales culture are essential skills for this role.

You will also support and undertake momentum activity with internal referral partners across Private Bank and ANZ more broadly.

We require compliance with ANZ requirements, adherence to legal and regulatory standards to ensure the business is well managed with a focus on risk management.

A strong understanding of the market and end-to-end advice process, legal and regulatory requirements is necessary.

The salary range for this role is approximately $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
