Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned ICT Manager to lead our dynamic technology team at Aspirante QLD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our ICT department, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ICT Operations: Direct and coordinate ICT-related activities, providing strategic direction and daily operational support.
- Manage ICT Services: Oversee ICT services in a multi-vendor, outsourced environment, ensuring secure, efficient, and continuous operations.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor management, contract administration, and ICT procurement processes.
- Business Continuity: Ensure the continuity of ICT operations, focusing on business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Policy Development: Develop and enforce ICT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Technology Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovative ICT solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ICT team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in ICT or a related discipline (mandatory).
- Experience: 10+ years of ICT management experience.
- Expertise: Expertise in ICT vendor and contract management, ITIL, and ICT operational processes.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Experience in financial and budget management.
- Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in managing both cloud and on-premise network and server infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Procurement Experience: Experience with ICT procurement processes.
- Cyber Security: Knowledge of Cyber Security Operations in an ISO27001 environment.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with SIAM methodologies and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
