Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ICT staff and business stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior ICT Engineer role, ideally within a medium to large organization (300+ staff).
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments, including server, desktop, network, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with a broad range of ICT systems and modern technology-agnostic solutions.
  • Formal IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, cloud, networking), with security-related certifications viewed favorably.
  • Proven leadership in ICT infrastructure projects, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Eligible for NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to obtain a firearms license (facilitated by the organization).

We seek a business-minded technology leader with a robust background in cloud, network, server, and security technologies. This role is not about hands-on technical support but about strategic oversight and collaboration. Ideal candidates will come from a technology or finance background, capable of navigating compliance requirements and ensuring the ICT strategy supports global operations and business objectives.
