We are seeking a skilled ICT Instructional Designer to join our team at ClearCompany. As an ICT Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning materials and activities to support our Service Modernisation Program.
About the RoleThe ICT Instructional Designer will report directly to the Program Director - Change & Engagement and will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering learning materials and activities that meet the needs of our stakeholders
- Applying proven instructional design methodologies to create effective learning resources
- Participating in consultations, including training needs analysis and training plans
- Collecting, analyzing, and applying data to evaluate L&D solutions and implement continuous improvement
- Coordinating projects within prescribed timeframes by liaising with different stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity or experience using and designing for LMS platforms
- Experience designing and building engaging learning, encompassing a variety of interventions
- The ability to track the effectiveness and relevance of learning through a range of metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- 3+ years' experience in a learning development/instructional design role
- Experience administering and deploying learning content in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, Tech Smith Camtasia, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator
