Job Title: ICT Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Instructional Designer to join our team at Hudson Australia. As an ICT Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning materials and activities to support the Service Modernisation Program.

About the Role

The ICT Instructional Designer will report directly to the Program Director - Change & Engagement and will be responsible for the development and delivery of all learning materials and activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality learning materials and activities to support the Service Modernisation Program
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop effective learning solutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of the Service Modernisation Program
  • Collaborate with the Program Director - Change & Engagement to ensure alignment with the program's goals and objectives
  • Participate in the collection, analysis, and application of data to evaluate L&D solutions and implement continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
  • 3+ years' experience in a learning development/instructional design role, designing and developing digital and face-to-face learning interventions
  • Experience administering and deploying learning content in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, TechSmith Camtasia or Adobe Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
