Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service to enhance their experience
  • Manage all guest requests and maintain guest accounts
  • Offer sound knowledge of local attractions and surroundings
  • Perform check-in and check-out in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner for all guests
  • Complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external guests
  • Respond to guest feedback and bring it to the attention of the appropriate manager
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, labor hire, guests, and visitors through cooperation with management
About You:
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Exhibit exceptional guest service skills and a strong commitment to 5-star customer service
  • Display a professional telephone manner
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and a high level of computer literacy
  • Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Integrity and confidentiality are essential
  • Sound knowledge of Opera Front Office System is preferred
