At W Brisbane, we're looking for a talented Welcome Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on hotel services and amenities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Experience with Opera property management system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week.
  • Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts.
