We are seeking an experienced Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Room Attendants and Housekeeping management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve productivity, motivation, and development goals within the Housekeeping team.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company guidelines for guest service and care.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality guest service.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical fitness, with the capacity to lift heavy items and push linen trolleys up and down stairs.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
