Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously. This includes checking-in and checking-out guests, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and provide quality service to our guests at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team;
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud and/or third-party agents is preferred but not essential;
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain control of guest and hotel accounts;
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards are required.
