Guest Experience Ambassador

This role covers a range of tasks designed to create memorable guest experiences. These may include greeting guests at reception, assisting with luggage, handling calls and performing night audit tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
