We are looking for a customer service star to join our Front Office team and support our guests throughout their stay.About The RoleOur Guest Service Agents are responsible for.Delivering exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey including reservations, arrivals, departures and throughout their stayBe an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brandEnsure a smooth check in and out process for our guests utilising the Hotel's PMS systemAnswer and process reservation enquiries, make recommendations and upsell rooms according to availabilityCoordinate with other departmentsAnswer and dispatch both incoming external and internal callsMaintain sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packagesFollow up on all guest requests and complaintsBe a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possibleAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has;a desire to genuinely help peopleFront Office/reservation experience preferred but not essential, we are employing on attitude not just experiencethe drive to deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workloadAn acute eye for detail and exceptional interactive social skillsAbility to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaborativelyCommitment with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidaysA positive mindset and a can do attitudeAbout UsThe Constance Hotel:Ideally situated in the heart of Fortitude Valley is Brisbane's only street art hotel, The Constance.
