Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to provide unparalleled service to our guests, exceeding their expectations at every turn.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences, creating unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression. You will be the face of our hotel, interacting with guests in a warm and welcoming manner, providing personalized recommendations, and upselling hotel features and related services.

You will be responsible for handling high volumes of calls and requests efficiently, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and resolving issues quickly. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds, ensuring seamless interactions.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining outstanding attention to detail. Your ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
