This role involves being the face of the hotel, greeting guests upon arrival and departure, and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of excellent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with guests through reception and ambassador duties
  • Providing recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surroundings
  • Interacting with different departments to ensure a seamless experience
  • Upselling hotel products and services
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation
  • An open driver's license (Manual desirable)
  • Physical strength with the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items
  • The ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
