Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Concierge duties including valet parking cars, assisting with guest luggage and deliveries, and taking a proactive approach to support the rooms division.
  • Handle general enquiries and engage and inspire guests through each guest interaction.
  • Be fully conversant at all times with activities and facilities within the hotel, operating hours, costs, etc., as well as all aspects of the local area and its services.
  • Ensure the foyer areas, driveways, and Porte cochere are in a spotless condition at all times.
  • Ensure the Concierge Desk is adequately stocked with stationery and all other requirements.
  • Valet park cars taking the utmost care as per departmental procedure.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.
  • Support the Front Office team with general operational tasks.
  • Be an expert on the hotel and the local area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity.
  • Be the 'face of the hotel', engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure.
  • Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
  • Assist the Front Office and Executive Lounge team in general operational tasks while supporting other front office associates.
  • Ensure all guest's requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.
