Job Title: Guest Services Ambassador
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Front Office Team as a Guest Services Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences from check-in to departure.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth stay experience for our guests
- Be an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing the brand at all times
- Interact with guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Process reservations, arrivals, and departures efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain knowledge of room rates and packages to upsell and promote them accordingly
- Follow up on guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
About You:
- You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to genuinely help others
- Previous front office or reservation experience is preferred but not essential
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- You are flexible and able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
