About the Role

As a Luxury Hotel Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional service to guests from check-in to departure.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests, handle their concerns, and provide recommendations about local attractions.

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests on check-in, check-out, and during their stay to ensure a memorable experience
  • Handle guest concerns efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in providing recommendations and information about local attractions and activities
  • Interact with different departments daily to ensure seamless experiences for our guests
  • Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office or reception position
  • Enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail, and superior customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Friendly personality paired with professionalism and high standard of personal presentation
  • Open manual driver's license
  • Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
