Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience

This role involves managing a team of early career SDRs, developing inbound and outbound prospecting strategies within assigned territories or verticals.

Responsibilities include daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions, creating product, sales, and business training programs, coordinating marketing activities, and coaching staff performance.
