Dynamic Sales Leader for Complex IT Solutions

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Dynamic Sales Leader for Complex IT Solutions. This role will focus on driving sales growth, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the integrator space.
About the Role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in the complex IT solutions market.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Work closely with pre-sales engineering teams to understand customer requirements and turn them into solutions within our go-to-market portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and execute plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to provide insights and contribute to product development strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling complex IT solutions, ideally in the integrator space.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the complex IT solutions market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.
