About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership and Strategy Executive to join our team at Asahi Beverages in Melbourne, Australia.
As a Sales Leadership and Strategy Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales function and contributing to the growth of our business across On-Premise, Retail, and Distributors.
You will lead the sales team, manage key customer relationships, and develop strategies to achieve brand and commercial targets. Your ability to design, implement, and manage sales plans will be critical in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities
">- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment between our businesses.
- Embed high-performance standards and a culture of shared learning across the team and wider business.
- Accountability for development and execution of retailer strategies, including optimisation of promotions, managing relationships with channel promotional teams, and supporting delivery of joint goals for ALB/CUB, Coles/EDG, Grocery, and independents.
- Achieve agreed brand and commercial targets in line with the national account strategy and individual goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and tailor trading terms, including price and activation and performance-based criteria.
About You
">We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the beverage industry, places a high value on stakeholder relationships, and has experience in liquor sales management. A career built in FMCG, strong verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people are essential.
Your ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach, proven project management experience, and the ability to deliver quality execution on time and within budget will make you a successful candidate.

What We Offer
">In this role, you can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
