Senior Litigation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our dispute resolution practice, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial disputes and leading strategic case work.

A successful candidate will have a strong track record in commercial litigation, with experience in managing high-stakes cases and mentoring junior solicitors. They will also possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, from director and shareholder disputes to contract breaches and regulatory enforcement actions. You will also be expected to contribute to case strategy, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and participate in professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial litigation, ideally at a mid or top-tier firm.
  • Strong file management experience and ability to lead on strategy and execution.
  • Exposure to regulatory disputes, tax controversies, or commercial fraud an advantage.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively.
  • Proven capacity to manage demanding caseloads and meet deadlines.
  • Commercial mindset with a client-centric approach to practice.
