Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to families and individuals in need. As the Manager of our Family Relationship Centre, you will oversee the operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Program oversight for family dispute resolution services, including management of staff and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Family Law Act 1975 and the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2008.
- Undertake family dispute resolution and case management as required, maintaining accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or Family Dispute Resolution / Mediation.
- Extensive experience in family law contexts and environments, Children and Family Services at state and federal levels.
- Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Qualifications in Conflict Management, mediation or dispute resolution, or higher education award in a field related to Family Dispute Resolution services.
- SCHADS 7 Salary ($119089 - $124065).
