Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to families and children navigating the challenges of separation.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Law, Family Dispute Resolution or Mediation
  • Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (or eligibility to obtain registration)
  • Demonstrated experience in family dispute resolution and child-inclusive practices
  • Strong communication, assessment, and case management skills
  • The ability to maintain professional standards in line with legislation and FDR accreditation requirements
  • A current driver's licence, Blue Card, and ability to obtain a Disability Worker Screening clearance
