Family Relationship Manager

This is a challenging role that requires an individual with excellent program management skills, strong knowledge of family law and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a suite of services including program performance, outcomes evaluation and management, staff supervision and all other associated operational requirements.
  • They will ensure recommendations and practices comply with relevant legislation, including the Family Law Act 1975 and the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2008.
  • As part of this role, the individual will undertake family dispute resolution and case management with clients when required and maintain accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Law or Family Dispute Resolution/Mediation are essential.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in family law contexts and environments, Children and Family Services at state and federal levels are highly desirable.
  • Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or eligibility to obtain registration under the accreditation standards set out in the FDRP Regulations is mandatory.
