We are currently seeking an accomplished Commercial Lawyer to assume a pivotal role in our Townsville operation.
About the Position- Expertly manage a diverse range of commercial law and litigation matters, guaranteeing successful outcomes;
- Effectively engage in dispute resolution and litigation, negotiating optimal results for clients;
- Prepare correspondence, contracts, applications, affidavits, etc., with exceptional skill and precision;
- Negotiate effective client outcomes through excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Secure expert counsel for advice, mediations, and trials.
- Proven experience in Commercial Law or Litigation;
- Exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365;
- Warm, professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus;
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
- A flexible, proactive approach to team and business objectives;
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster robust relationships within a dynamic team.
