About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Business Manager to lead our customer marketing efforts in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand loyalty.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer marketing, with experience in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop plans, and measure progress. Your expertise will help us to create engaging experiences for our customers, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop plans, and measure progress
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing colleagues
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize program performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies
  • Leverage industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing, with a proven track record of successExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendationsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems and social media platforms
