ClearPath is seeking a dynamic Australian Sales Director for Growth to lead sales expansion in the Australian market. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a sales strategy that drives sustainable double-digit growth.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to build a new business from the ground up and make a significant impact on the Australian market. As a seasoned sales leader with expertise in consultative sales, you will develop and deploy a long-term strategy, sales plans, and marketing solutions to drive growth. You will also oversee pricing and programming plans, participate in community events, and provide leadership support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve double-digit growth.
  • Establish and manage pricing and programming plans.
  • Represent the company at community events and activities.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Management to plan and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Forecast sales, monitor results, and report on effectiveness.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and lead a team of two direct reports.
  • Manage performance, training, and employee relations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of consultative sales experience in a distributor model.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing a consolidated P&L.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good judgement and decision-making ability.
Salary:

We offer an attractive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including bonus structure, relocation assistance, and professional development opportunities.
