About the Role |

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Talent Mill Recruitment division. As a key member of our boutique recruitment consultancy, you will be responsible for building new business relationships and driving revenue growth.

  • You will work closely with our General Manager and Sydney Design Team to establish a strong client base and convert opportunities into active briefs.
  • With a proven track record in business development, you will proactively identify new business opportunities, network, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Developing and executing win-win outcomes for key clients will be critical for the ongoing growth and future development of this brand and the client base you manage.

The Job Requirements |

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager within the marketing industry.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, present ideas, and influence stakeholders.
  • A willingness to take on a new challenge and grow your professional skills.
