Business Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client-base across Australia, NZ and Asian regions within regulatory agencies and state/territory government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic business growth plan to increase revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, leads & opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the APAC customer, partner and competitive landscape.
  • Drive business expansion into different markets and domestic geographies.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Target key customers in the APAC region for Fivecast products.
  • Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners.
  • Increase existing customer user base through direct and channel sales.

Thought Leadership:

  • Engage with key customer influencers to promote Fivecast services.
  • Represent Fivecast at conferences as a delegate or exhibitor.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to police, regulatory and state/territory departments and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated history of over-achieving sales targets and earning recognition awards.
