Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our expansion into major operational commands in Australia. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing our presence within the region.

About Us

We are a remote company that operates across military commands worldwide. Our team is comprised of veterans from various forces and global organizations, as well as technologists from leading-edge software companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent experience working with the US Military and other Australian Partner Nations.
  • Strong network within the Joint Operations Command.
  • Proven experience in leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters.
  • Advanced military education: Command and Staff, Advanced Military Studies.
  • Familiarity and experience with major military planning exercises and the protocols for software deployment on classified networks.

What You Will Achieve
  • Lead our expansion into major operational commands in Australia, supporting regional integration with allies and partners.
  • Initiate and follow through to completion our accreditation on Australia's Defence Secret Network, DI Net, Defence Protected Network.
  • Ensure customer operational planning teams succeed with our solution.
  • Expand our presence within the region, so that 100% of their planning occurs in our platform.
  • Coordinate with cyber accreditation authorities and our DevSecOps team to support the rapid deployment of our software on various classified networks.
