Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service and Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Compliance and Dispute Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analysing and investigating disputed transactions, providing superior levels of internal and external customer service, and collaborating with government agencies and subject matter experts to resolve claims.

You'll have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to multitask and effectively prioritise work to ensure enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and investigate disputed transactions to identify recovery opportunities, mitigate losses, and resolve claims
  • Provide superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to and managing customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints, and issues
  • Collaborate with government agencies and subject matter experts to resolve claims
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and knowledge across transactions, payments, and investigation
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise work to ensure enquiries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, supported by a collaboration mindset
  • Well-developed attention to detail skills and good judgement with skills and depth across critical thinking, analysing, and assessing
