We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist role in our contact centre.

This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home and the office.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us.

You will assist customers with their day-to-day banking across a range of products and provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.

You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

  • Concierge and welcome calls
  • Missed payments and early-intervention collections
  • Simple customer service enquiries

This role is available on a casual basis, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You will also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts throughout the month.

To be considered for this role, you must be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week, split over 2 shifts.

You will also need to be available to work from the Redfern office, once a fortnight.

Training will commence from the start date, with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks.

Throughout your training, you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.

As you master your role, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and progress in your career.
